Really what is better then your best friend become your lover? 
I am sooo happy and lucky i found this guy. We have been through a lot together and every little thing made us stronger in every way. Thank you for being you Mike. Your the best!! X

Hectic, tired, relaxed, motivated!

What a weekend

My motivation was far far away the last few days… i was so tired this weekend, needed chocolate and all i wanted to do was watching tv shows. And i did.. 

I have to say it felt good, sometimes you just need to give your body what it ask for. So i decided to plan a relaxing day at the spa on MONDAY! Perfect. It was so nice and relaxing, when i came home i was so calm and excited too! My body was charged again.

Taste? It can better but it is a good replacement for ben & jerry after dinner.



Last friday night

Friday night was a lot of fun. I had 2 parties and i never laughed so much in one night. I came home around 4:30 in the morning and i had way to much alcohol in my body. Normally i don't drink much, i have also a lot of fun with "healthy" drinks. But yeh 2 parties with my best friends, that is ok for once. haha! Really "charming" photo's..

Time to try the tiny tea.
It arrived yesterday at my place so i can't say a lot about the results. But the tea tasted a bit like the ground outside (if that make sense) haha. But with a piece of lemon it is drinkable. I drink it three times a day and i have to say that every time i have to drink it i'm very excited! I have a lot of energy now and the tea is such a good motivation to start a healthy lifestyle.

How to survive the winter

The question i ask myself every year is "how can i survive this winter healthy and be in a good shape next summer?"

The bad weather and the cold dark evenings doesn't make it easier to go outside for a good run. And i personally don't feel comfortable running outside alone when it is dark. So how i'm gonna do that during the winter? 

This morning i asked myself this question again and i decided to go for a run, it was a bit dark and rainy (normally if it's raining i choose for a workout in my room). And guess what? It was the best start of my day! The rain isn't so bad if you run, your body is still warm and is feels so fresh with the cold water on your face. And be honest, how good do you feel after a workout? So why doing it before you go to sleep, if it also can in the early morning?
